For custom designs, our standard MOQ is typically 500 pieces. However, we are flexible and welcome prototype orders for testing — we can produce small quantities for sample approval. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Sample production takes 7 working days after design approval. Mass production lead time is generally 25-45 days depending on order size, complexity and material requirements. We provide a detailed timeline during the confirmation phase.
Absolutely. We specialize in brand customization. Your logo can be embroidered, printed or applied as a heat transfer patch. We can also produce custom hang tags, labels and packaging with your branding. No extra setup fee for standard logo placement.
Yes, samples are available. We charge a sample fee which is refunded when you place a mass production order. Stock samples of existing plush designs can be sent immediately, while custom samples take about 7 working days to produce.
